Tata Indicom – delay in New connection no response

I have been trying from past 1.5 months to get in touch with the operator as I want a new photon connection. I tried the call centre, but there was no response for some time. Then when i got in touch with the call centre, they told me that they will send someone to my office on 20th Jan for discussing the same. But till date there is no contact. I had also asked about the leased line to their customer care. They told me that there is another section to deal with it and they will call me. But again as usual I Havant received any call. Today again i called and enquired about my call at the docomo business services. Earlier on 25th Jan they told me that I had made a request on 23rd Dec, 2013 and they were sorry that the request could not be processed and they assured me that they will again take the request and process it within 24 hours. As usual the “worst service provider” I have ever come across did not contact me till today. Surprisingly today when i called, they told me that there were no request in my name. Also, their local brand store at Aurangabad did not respond when I walked into their office. they were too arrogant.

I do not want any relief. I just want a formal apology from the tele operator and the reason for this kind of behaviour
