I am deeply disappointed and angry of the fact that despite giving the correct documents and upc code for port in to tata docomo gsm prepay service on dt:22 jul 2013 at tata docomo store,F 5/G 130, Indradhanu Market, Nayapalli, Irc Village, Bhubaneshwar – 751015. On 27th jul i got the message for proccesing of my request for the code VO558383 which is wrong(Original Code VO558363) and on 31st jul it was rejected as the code mismatched. On confrontation to the store representative he told me that it got rejected by vodafone(the donor network) knowingly and gave the reason that it is happening now a days with vodafone customer. To confirm about it i visited vodafone store and they said that they have received the upc code as VO558383(wrong) and i also visited Docomo Store Shop No 622, Near Khemji Jewellers, Janpath, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneshwar – 751007 and told them about the problem and there i got to know that it is sent as VO558383 by the representative at id market store but he is clearly rejecting it. So i am expecting a solution to this problem as soon as possible failing which i will be forced to act against him (store representative) as well as your company for negligence in providing service and inconvinience caused to customer for their fault.
