Tata Indicom – did not tell us any conditions poor service

We had a tata docomo postpaid connection. We wanted to convert it to prepaid due to high bill. We paid the last billing of Rs 700 of which we have a copy with us. After that we gave an application to convert the no from post paid to prepaid but they did not tell us any conditions. They only told that we will call you. We went to Ambala tata centre travelling 50 km from kalka twice. We were shocked to see a bill of Rs 713 again even after calling them to convert our number. We did not use the no since last payment of Rs 700. We had talked to customer care 3-4 times. We mailed to them. We had a talk with Ms Supriti ( working in mohali centre) they say we are busy in meetings call us later. They have no time for customer problems.
