Tata Indicom – excess claim via SMS without usage

has been claiming monthly bill without net usage which was later on claimed cumulatively amounting to approx. Rs.2435. however, no bill has been sent as of now, because, the service provider had unilaterally disconnected net connectivity to the dongle instrument (TATADOCOMO No.92434483479) and still claiming excess charges (after 3-4 months period). They have been calling now and then via my mobile no without identifying their contact no and position in the TATADOCOMO company and disturbing my office and personal work. Now I received an SMS from the No.784601xxx on 17-05-14 saying “TATADOCOMO KAR LEGAL DEPT reg TATA pmt clear all your bills before 4pm if not issue legal notice with fine rs20k and case be reg in CIBIL A1KAR/DEL/41120” again SMS received from no. 7846020xxx saying “TATA DOCOMO KAR LEGAL TEAM HAS GIVEN LAST CHANCE CLEAR BILL PMT BEFORE 19TH IF NOT COME DOWN TO MAYOHALL COURT ON 20TH AT 11AM CASE BEEN FILED A1/KR/DWL/330223” Followed by phone call from 080-65462xxx saying that the outstanding bill amount to be cleared or else come down to the TATA TELESERVICES office at KORAMANGALA and subsequently the phone was put down without hearing the issues from my side. Hence mentally I am disturbed and all my office / personal / family related work is affected.

stoppage of communication via sms / calls from the following 1) tele-marketer on behalf of tata teleservices 2) unidentified / unauthourised officials either on behalf or directly from tata teleservices stop cumulative bills of rs.2435 from the date the company disconnected net in the dongle having tata docomo no.9243483479 under account no.919055xxx without my express willingness to do so . any amount the forum may decide for the mental agony i have suffered and undergone uptil now for the above act of the service provider.
