I got this number converted to Pre-paid in December and paid all dues to the service provider, with an excess of Rs. 89.01. After about a month, I got a refund of the excess payment as well, via HDFC bank cheque number 484085, amounting to Rs. 89.01 in favour of the number owner, Shri GC Jain (my grandfather). Today, I got a legal notice from Tata Teleservices’ Advocate Mr. Naveen Sharma via notice number 1137, dated 24-April-2014, which accuses my grandfather of default. SYch baseless allegations are completely unacceptable.
We want Tata Teleservices to withdraw their baseless bogus notice and promise to improve their operations so that people are not troubled in future.
