we bought a videocon tv led on oct 2012. But after 1 month we were facing problem earlier it was software problem then card problem and now nothing is coming on tv whenever u will start only home page will come and I am fed up now with this problem.

I want to resolve this problem permanently bcz every nxt day calling videocon customer care and paying there engineer’s visiting charge is not a job for me and if this not possible then, I want to replace it or give me my money back all inclusive which, I paid to there engineer’s
