The Internet Service Provider has not been giving me the proper internet service since last two months. My internet connection is not working since last 1.5 months. They have billed me consecutively for the second month without any service. I gave a service termination request, but they delay the request and at the end refuse to terminate the service without the clearance of dues.
I want my current bills to be waived off and immediate termination of the internet service with User Id-389596272735 as well as termination of the land-line connection with number-8033106xxx
