Tata Indicom – wrong commintment and Money taken

Hi Team, Very bad experience with Tata docomo. In the first place I have been fooled. Me and my friend, we both requested for Tata docomo service on 19 April 2014. I have requested for my Uninor numbers port into Tata docomo. My mobile number is 8180001786 and my name is Mohammad Javed Khan and my friend took a new number his Name is Ankur Chaturvedi and his Tata docomo number is 8983583xxx (which is not been activated yet). The person who was representing Tata docomo said that new offer is running and I have to pay 150 Rs and I will get 160 Rs balance, 600 MB net and lifetime tariff with 20 paisa/minute outgoing call all India. So we both paid total 300 Rs to him, my number porting has been done but my friends connection 8983583911 is not started yet and I have not been given my balance and benefits. When I called the person who sold us the connections for asking that why we havenot got the benefits, he said that he will give all benefits within an hour. Then after he is not receiving my call and I am still without balance and all benefits and my friends connection is still not activated and been given reason that photo is not matching and he will have to give another photo. I have tried to contact everywhere like retailer helpline, local office and customer care on 198 as well. I spoke to Mohammad Saleem Hakeem Javed (call Id : 1863034049), he said I ll have to drop an email to listen@tatadocomo.com . He denied to give me nodal and appellate authoritys email id. I have send the e-mail to respective e-mail address but not getting proper answer. Reply which I have received from them : I would like to inform you that, as of now there is no recharge of Rs.150/- (160 balance, 600 MB net and lifetime tariff with 20 paisa/minute outgoing call ) available now in Tata Docomo prepaid connection. However, there is no recharge of Rs.150/- found on your number. Also be inform you that, as per checking upon our records thoroughly that the account details of the mobile number 8983583911 has not been updated in our database. Hence, I request you to kindly contact the retailer where you have purchased the SIM. I request you to make a note of the same. Retailer is not answering our call, we are totally frustrated with Tata DoCoMo service and helpless but not getting anything. Request you to please look into this matter. If there is no recharge like this then where is my money..?? Why he took 300 Rs for both numbers. He was selling sim in road side stall not in permanent shop and he is not receiving my call and if he was not the right person then how come he has given a lot of sim to sale. He had more than 200 sim. Tata can authorise any wrong person to sale their connections and these kind person can misuses our documents as well. I am mentioning the detail of person who sold the connection. He was selling sim in roadside stall in Panchpeer chauk of Kalewadi area which comes in Pimpri (Pune) 411017. He told me his name Krishn

Either I’ll get committed benefits or my money back and also relief from tata docomo services so that I can go with some other service provider.
