Whaaky.com – Delivered quality doesn’t match with ordered quality

Dear sir/Mam, On 15th April 2014, I ordered for one pair Reebok shoes for Rs. 999. One track shoot was free with this order.I made payment at the time of booking my order with my visa card of Syndicate bank.I received my order on 28 April 2014 at 05:15 Pm at my address.When I opened it the quality of shoes was not original which was commit and advertised on website whaaky.com.as well as trackshoot was also of another brand (ABAD) on the place of Reebok. I contact to customer support cell next day.One lady picked up the phone and told me to mail the pics of the itmes and mail at support@whaaky.com. I did the same on 29 april 2014 at around 6 PM.But After sending many mail nobody is replying on mail and nobody picking up my phone.Please help me .I want to return this useless item and want to get my money back.
