Dear sir: I using Tata docomo from past 5 years.call charge and billing everything OK.In 2010 may onwards i using Tata Docomo GPRS yet now.past 1 year TATA DOCOMO GPRS connectivity is very worst But speed is very good.It will automatically disconnected or connection interrupted in net using Time and it takes mush time to start a connection on initially (i.e) Network error occurred..i complaint many times in customer care-198.He/She didn’t Take my complaints and doesn’t provide complaint number for GPRS related complaint only.Not me so many customers are suffered please visit so many third party websites about tata docomo GPRS..””how to avoid disconnection of tata docomo gprs” show This link also “http://www.digitalmobile.in/community/threads/solution-for-disconnection-problem-in-paid-tata-docomo.4300/”
I want solution for connection problems and take so many test as consumer forum and to rectify the problem.I want a without connection interupt and provide good connection.
