My Tata Photon internet post paid connection, just did not work the way it was supposed to. The data rate that they claimed was not delivered. It was barely functional, and opening a single page would take more than 5 minutes. I registered a complaint by calling Customer Care Services that their TATA Photon is not working, them if they could fix it immediately, they should come and fix it, otherwise TERMINATE THE CONNECTION THAT VERY INSTANT. This complaint was registered with them on 19th Dec. I clearly told them, if they can fix this in 2-3 days, they should fix it, if not, I was no longer interested in using their services, and they should close my connection. They promised me that they would send a technician the same day and would resolve the issue. Nothing was done, no technician arrived. The TATA Photon simply refused to work at this point. I told them I dont want to use your connection, please discontinue the services. They have still not fixed the issue, they have not discontinued my TATA Photon, and now they are asking me to PAY the January 2014 Bill. I told them since their TATA PHOTON does not work at all, why should I pay the bill. Why should I pay the bill when I clearly told them that I wanted to stop using their services. They still call me everyday still to remind me to pay the January bill. My photon isnt working since 19th December 2013
I am being harassed everyday. They call me ask me the following questions everyday: 1. Do you want to continue using TATA PHOTON?? 2. If not, why? I have registered countless complains and they still ask me the same questions over and over again. And then they call me to remind me pay the January bill.
