1. Amount was deducted from my main account even though data balance was left in my account 2. A amount of rupees have been deducted from my account without any valid reason 3. Qhen I ask for reason they just gave a silly excuse which they even cant define properly 4. I have been using this network since 2-3 years but I never heard about anything like this which they gave me. 5. They didnt transfer my call to seniors for further enquiry. 6. This is third time that balance has been deducted without proper reason.

Please make them refund my amount. And ensure them if a Tata Indicom customer calls them they should have a proper reason which can satisfy us rather than irritating the customer. And if junior don’t have a reason at least transfer the call to seniors. This type of deduction should not happen in future
