I purchased tata docomo photon wimax on the promise that network coverage is good in Ahmedabad and “excellent” in Anand, Gujarat (where I will primarily use it). Promised speed 6.2 Mbps . I was promised that roaming is free and good coverage in all major cities. But I found coverage to bad everywhere. In Anand, the speeds were extremely low (150 kbps), rendering it useless. While roaming in heart of Bangalore city, the speeds were also very low. In spite of this low speed, I get to know that I have used 4GB in first week itself days! That’s is almost impossible. Initially there was no response from tata photon authorities. Finally they have admitted that there is no service in Anand itself! I was duped through misinformation.

I want repayment of of money I paid: Rs 2000 and Rs 725 and compensate for the inconvenience and emotional stress Rs 2000.
