my mobile number 9231702523 is blocked for last 7/8 days without any reason. when i call to customer care on 25th oct, they told me the connection was blocked due to no responce for address verification, but now they will open it within 48hrs. But not open, so I call again on 27th oct, and they told me same word and assured me it will open within 24 hrs. But my number is still blocked, so I call again today (28th oct.), and now they told me that, they could not open my line, I should produce my identification details to any tata shop and after that within 72 hrs that number will be open. I till confused why they blocked my number, when they called me for address verification, and why they called me. not only that, my alternative mobile number also produced to them earlier, so when they watched that I could not received their call why they do not try to my alternative number? this number I used from the year 2006, i just changed the service provider from gsm to cdma within same brand name. i dont know why they harassing me in that way!?!??! I already produce my indentity proof and photo to local retailer on 06/11/13. Today again I visited at “Docomo Brand Store” at Park street, Kolkata, for produce my photo and identity proof again. But I overwhelmed when they told me that my mobile no. 9231702523 is now totally inactive, no way to re-activate it. What is it !!! I am sure that, they done it with a bad intension. I had launch a complain to you, so they take revenge on me. I earnestly requested to you please do something.
