Tata Indicom – misrepreantation of offer

On 17 aug 2013 at 19:44hrs I recharged from shop for Rs.499 In which I had to get 2GB 3G data and rs 500 full talk time as told by the customer care. But after recharging with from shop I received the message for talk time 441.11 only.then I talked to customer care and they told u will get it scheme benefit after an hour.so that iat 22 hrs same day I used internet for 35MB but company instead of deducting from my data balance they dectucted 400 from my main balance. Through out that night and next day (18 aug) I kept trying to connect with customer care but could to connect it from no.9036257983.even if connected 3 times but in between it got disconnecte.on 19 aug I tried to call customer from other number then I got succeed.Mr harish was there and he told that u have not done special recharge so u are not aplicable for above said scheme. It was company’s mistake that for Rs.499 it is providing different plans, company must have given me plan that is applicaple for 499. It was my holiday on 18 aug and I desperately need tthe internet connection but due to company mistake I lost that opportunity even after recharging my no. By 499. Please help me out,even after spending rs 499 company is bothering me.

I had to use internet data to communicate with my wife and my sick mother though I made it with some difficulty by using other connection. It is my hard earned money and company is eating it like anything. I need my money back or that scheme for which I opted with more talktime .
