Tata Indicom – No service provided still billing

TATA DOCOMO DEVICE Phone no – 8087008128 I purchased TATA Photon 3G Internet Dongle in last week August 2013.The instrument was installed & made operative in 1st week of September 2013. However, internet connection did not establish and no services were in working condition which we bought to avail.This was due to weak infrastructure of Tata Docomo (as informed to us by the Tata Docomo service technician)for which I made complaint to the higher authorities on 7.09.2013 followed by reminders. The complaint letters are given in the pdf file attached. My complaint is not yet resolved by any official of TTML. I have to inform that the internet did not get connected for 2 months after its installation. The same could be verified from the records from tata Docomo(Tata teleservices). I have received an email from tata teleservices to pay the bill for December 13, January 14, February 14 amounting to Rs. 1845/-. Since the internet did not work for 3 months after its installation, it is requested to waiver-off the payment of bill for 3 months i.e. upto February 2014. 1.Full waiver of extended bill issued by Tata Docomo. 2. Full amount of subscription refunded back to us which is Rs2250/- .
