Dear Sir, On Dated 12.01.2014 at Around 10:15 AM I made an online recharge on mobile No 7276873685 (Through tatadocomo.com)of Rs 150.00/-, the amount for the same has been debited from my IDBI Debit card Vide Saving Bank A/C No.0041104000402736(Debit Card No 4587770410173331)but recharge was not successful and the amount of Rs.150/- not Credited to my mobile No.

Either Rs 150.00/- should be credited to my saving bank account No 0041104000402736 or it should be credited to my mobile No.7276873685
