I get TATA Docomo’s Post Paid plan before a year. At the time of connection sales person told me that it will be a CUG Plan and inter-calling of all CUG nos. will be free. I get 5 nos. on my Company’s name in CUG Plan. After few months I came to know that our nos. are not under CUG plan and we need to pay for our inter calling also. I complained about the same in Bhopal branch and they said we resolved your issue (Sep. 2013) but still we are getting the bills with the charges applied for the intercalling. I also asked them to disconnect all the nos. as we don’t want to avail their services anymore due to miscommunication and miscommittment but they are not listening and avaiding the issue. Now I mailed them that I am paying your bills from last 14 months but now I am not going to pay anything until and unless the issue can not be resolved.
I want to convert my nos. in PrePaid now and as I paid many extra amount in last 14 months so now I don’t want to pay anything and want my amount back which I paid extra in 14 months.
