he internet services provided are intermittent and no communication can happen on mails or voice calls as the connection breaks down every 2 minutes. Calls to resolve this issue to customer services were never enacted upon. The communication to Apellate authorities has been made twice and they now agree that they have low signals in my area and cant provide the services. So I need to be compensated for the entire months of services with TATA Photon for the past one year.
