1st time in 2003 the advisor Ms Neeraj Soni Sharma & Bank manager Mr Rajiv Bose promise me that I deposit the 5000Rs half yearly till three years after that I didn,t need to deposit . Three years was locking period after that I can take my money with handsome growth . 2nd time After four years in 2007 when I contect to Aviva branch office for refund of money . Their operation person told that this is life long policy LLG1067968 you have to continue till ten years before that all money will lost because that is unit link plan 50% money detected to their Aviva commission so now total fund value is less . After ten years Then you will get handsome . After ten years I deposit 99250Rs , now fund value 77608Rs & surrender value 57700Rs . Lost of amount is 41550Rs . That 41550 Rs Aviva life insurance taken as commission . This not justified . I am lower middle class person , I deposit that amount in vary difficulties . Right now I need some amount for my children school fee . but now I feel Aviva Life insurance cheat me . Aviva that time branch manager Mr Rajiv bose cheated me , misguide me . So why I should panelised . take the serious action against advisor Ms Neeraj Soni Sharma & Bank manager Mr Rajiv Bose . Please consider my urgency , please return my basic amount so I can service to my children school fee . I shall I highly obelised to you.
