Tata Indicom – poor service

I had a TATA Photon connection, account number 906851305 (device no. 9246969850). I had to close this account in Sep 2012 as I was moving out of country for work. Accordingly I raised an online service request 328794271 and connection was closed, residue amount was settled. I moved out of country on 9th Oct 2012. All of sudden, I started getting e-bills since April 2013. I called TATA Photon customer care, they told that connection was not closed but was put in custody. However I specifically requested for closure. They have sent 3 bills in Apr, May, and June for zero usage total amount Rs. 1348/, which I’m not liable to pay. Now they have started sending legal notice over email. Can you please help me in this matter?

Relief from bill amount raise after six months of account closure in Sep 2012.
