i have recharged with 252 roaming pack on 9253166212 on 22 oct, which was deactivated on 5th Dec, when raised a complaint i was told that i have recahrged with another pack 28 in september so just because of that my pack 252(which was done on 22 oct) has been cancelled which is totally unfair. If i would have recharged any other pack AFTER 252 then i would have never complain as its Quite obvious that my last plan will be lapsed but they have deactivated my new pack just because of an old pack & that too of a greater value. So please help me to get justice for this unfair practice.

i want my 252 roaming free pack to be resumed,with refund of all balance deducted in roaming,along with compensation for harassment.
