did MNP to my airtel number to TATADOCOMO. While taking new connection they have taken 500INR as security deposit. And they promised me to reverse the amount after 90 days of disconnect of service. As DOCOMO network is very bad(i have complained in consumer forum ComplaintId :48590/4/2012). I disconnected the connection on 19/01/2013 and its been more then 6 months i have not received the amount.They have sent a cheque of 418 on 11th feb 2013 with wrong name. So i returned the cheque in TATA Docomo store but after that i did not receive my amount or they reply to my mails. I have sent so many reminder mails but they dont bother to reply my mail even.
I want my money back
