I had been using tata photon internet services with post paid connection… Account no-915223704 Connection no- 09227916xxx I requested to disconnect the service on 15/08/2013 by mail..and paid last bill generated by tata company for the month of August’2013. Although the company raised one more bill after the month of august2013 and continuously followed up to pay my pending bill. In month of January 2014, company filed a complaint againt me in delhi court for payment of the pending bill of 1349 INR with late payment charges. As advised by company’s advocate Mr. AK singh who called me on 23rd Jan 2014 that it’s better to pay bill now and get refund afterwards, I paid the bill online to avoid any legal procedure. But I have strong belief that I have paid for the an unfair bill raised by the company. So I want a refund for the same bill amount.
