My friend has bought me a new laptop from Dubai last month. He has not checked the laptop after buying, after 2 weeks he came and gave me the laptop. The issue with laptop is a small pixel(dot size) is blinking in the monitor, when I approached the Dell Service centre(19-Jan-14) they said for this small issue and all they will not replace the laptop and then I contacted the Dell Technical support where they have taken the complaint on 19-Jan-14 and called me on (20-Jan-14) and I received the same response from them that for this small issue and all we will not able to replace the laptop. On 23-Jan-14 Dell has contacted me and offered that the laptop cannot be replaced but we will replace a LCD screen with a Refurbished LCD screen( the LCD screen is not new but it is in working condition), i m not satisfied with the answer they gave. They also said for a small issue like this their policy will not allowed to replace the laptop. If that’s the policy they have then delivering a quality product should also be their policy. I agree the issue is small but i m not able to digest with that as i have bought the laptop with much expectation. Note: The Laptop has International Warranty.
