Every day they are deducting wrongly from my account and I have to call them to get it refunded. Now I dont have a track whether the amount is refunded or not. Because if they deduct today, i have to give complaint if Customer Care is reachable then I have to wait for a day or two to get refunded. But in between next amount will be deducted in the same day or next day. I have activated Free Minutes Pack, GPRS Pack. So there is no way to charge me for any usage for calls or Net. But its keep on deducting. They charge me from Rs. 1 to 59 in various break up. Its totally fedup to call the customer care and keep on complaint and track the status. I have given complaint in Appellate for the past two days and they say it wont repeat. From yesterday I have given call to Appellate for more than 4 times. Now my call been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes, they say the system is down and couldn’t get the details. In the mean time I have logged this complaint even. I have already given a complaint in your site and the complaint number is 74746.4.2014 Kindly check this and it should be solved.

I want to get rid of this people. I want a peaceful service to all people.
