Under order no.YBH4744796 they owe me a refund of Rs 899 which they have been delaying under some pretext or another for the last three months.As per RBI guidelines they are to refund within ONE week.

I am sure they must be doing this to other customers and can you imagine the amount of money being made illegally.

I want my money and I want them to be BLACKLISTED and RBI should audit their accounts.
