Tata Indicom – Unable to Log on to internet

My userid is amoldp@vsnl.net I have been a customer with Tata communications since few years now. Every now and then there are connection issues and I am not able to logon to the internet. I have always raised a complaint and got it resolved. But at present, I am working from home and I registered a complaint 1.5 week back. They took 5-6 days to resolve and I eventually had to lose out on my salary. After the technician resolved it , we both agreed that it has to be kept under observation and not to be closed. Without my consent tata comm has closed the complaint.complaint no – 1639108. Today i have raised a new complaint – 16375622. I cant keep losing my salary because of no internet

I want to be reimbursed with daily internet charges atleast. 500 rs per day for 5 days.
