Tata Indicom,refusend tomigrate postpaid to prepaid connection escalated higher authority

Dear Sir, I am Prabir Prasad Das having a Tata Photon Plus Postpaid connection and a Tata Docomo Walky Connection. Those numbers are 9230031349 (Photon) and 033-68888010 (Walky). I have called up the customer care number today i.e. on 18-Jul-2013 and requested for migration of those two connections to prepaid. But the executive had declined my request and told me that I will have to wait at least for a month to migrate those numbers to prepaid as the numbers are only 1 month old. I have tried to make him understand that I am having some problems and that is why I want to migrate the same into prepaid with immediate effect only. But, the executive didn’t tried to understand my concern and just declined my request. Hence, I am escalating that issue to the higher authority and requesting you to take care of that issue on an urgent basis and get back to me as early as possible. I am expecting you to give me a satisfactory resolution from your end for the same. Please note that I will not be able to use those connections if those are in postpaid. I will use only if those connections got migrated into prepaid. If you don’t approve my request for migration of those above mentioned postpaid numbers, I am assuring you that I will not pay the bills anymore and I will not be responsible for that.
