Sir, I bought a second hand car from Popular Maruthi true Value,Mamangalam Branch,on June,2013.They some how convinced us that the vehicle has covered only 56000kms. So we paid the booking amount at the spot and booked the vehicle.In the car-booking form also clearly mentioned the vehicle only covered 56000 Kilometers .But after buying it , when gave it for general checkup the authorized service center informed us the same vehicle has been there for service at 69000 kilometers, one year back. So we are still incurring loss on servicing it as we don’t know how much exact kilometers it has covered. So kindly advice me on this legally.

Till now incurred 15000/-More to incur. I need to cover all the expenses incurred by me till today and an additional amount of 15000Rs so that i can keep apart that amount for further servicing and repairing of the vehicle. Hope to hear from you soon.
