Tata Motors – Scratches During Vehicle Servicing

Problem since delivery of car – 260+ Kms was already run – for Simple servicing it took 18 days to deliver the car, instead of doing servicing scratches were developed on the car.

Trasportation cost went up – Inconvenience caused in travelling – Harassment by not solving the issue and keeping the car with themselves

Fixing the paint error – Rs. 100000/- fine on the culprits TATA motors as well as Wasan motors. This amount should be used for consumer welfare. – Compensation of Rs. 25,000/- to us.
