I Md Shamsad Alam, residing at preises no: 6, North Range, 1st Floor, Park Circus, Near – Hotel Royal Garden, Kolkata – 700 017 want to state that I had taken a Tata Photon Internet Doongle on October 2011 in my name from TATA Docomo Store at 21/A Park Street, Kolkata – 700016 on plan that tells Doongle price : Rs 1199/- Free Usage : For First Two consecutive Months Plan : 5GB Unlimited at Rs 950/- with Guaranteed Discounted Bill of Rs100/- every month Fixed Billing : Rs 850/- Tata Docomo No : 9230052874 Account No : 938752460 I had used two months Nov 11 and Dec 11 and after bill for Jan 2012 came to house amounted to Rs 838/- and I paid the bill After paying the bill I was happy using it and bill for Feb 2012 came Rs 1198/- and I called up customer care of Docomo and lodge the complaint thrice and hence no solutions have been done I left the bill and had not submitted the aforesaid amount and got the call from Tata Office and executives and I said them I will not deposit the excess billed amount . My plan is Rs 850/- and I will pay late payment charges of Rs 100 and totality I will pay Rs 1000/- in all dues. I got the legal notice from the lawyer saying to pay the dues amount and I neglected the notice and stay back happily. After that one of the executive call me from lawyer office and probe my problem and came to solution that on payment of Rs 1000/- He will write off all my dues towards Tata Docomo and will not lodge legal files against me. One of the Docomo person came to my home for payment, namely Mr Lalan Singh and I had paid him Rs 1000/- and got the receipt against the payment. Date of Payment : 29/07/2012 I had taken another connection of Tata Docomo Photon for Internet Doongle on 02nd Jan 2013 on the following offers : Two Device for Rs 1700/- Plan : 5GB Unlimited at 650/- Fixed billing : Rs 720/- per month Free Usage : First two months free for both device Tata Docomo Device No:9230617099 Tata Docomo Device No:9230617097 On 04th Jan 2013 my both connection closed by the Tata Docomo When I called the Customer Care and said my problem and they said that it has been closed my company itself and they said to me that I have dues previous balance of my last Photon which i had taken in 2011 on same document.

Next day I visited Docomo Store at Park Street but they were telling my to pay Rs 1400/- dues towards me and I said them that on legal notice , Lawyer agrees to take Rs 1000/- from me in all settlement.
