Hello Team, I am pavitra kumar and the photon ID is – 9212645300, have been using Tata photon since 2012. but the thing is that from last January 2015 I was getting ever lowest internet data when browsing. When I asked the reason why I am getting this problem, they told me due to huge number of customer in your area, you are getting low connectivity. Despite so many complaints to stop the services they agree to stop my connection. but after some days, they called me and said we are converting it to a prepaid device so that you can use it in future. And your amount 300 will be transferred to your prepaid account. Then I thought that they have disconnected my connection but still now I am getting the false bill and they called me every day to pay two-month bill amount that is rs-788. When I asked to the customer care team why should I pay even I didn’t use a single MB data and they told me you have to bound to pay for it. They are mentally harassing me, please assist me.
