i have purchased phone from Flipkart and is heating badly. i contacted them many times but they are not willing to refund my money. not my phone is defective almost every second phone they sale is haivng the same problem. please help me with this.

i want my money back and phone to be returned and a strict action against flipkart for selling chinese phones and looting money from Indian people to profit the chinese companies.
