Dear Regulator, Indane Gas‘s channel partner ARYA GAS SERVICE, 6M.31-34.JAINA HOUSE.COMML.CPLX DR.MUKHERJEENAGAR NEW DELHI, yet not deliver the my cylinder . When i contact him for the same then he respond that our staff on leave from last 5 days and will be back on 23rd May, so we can’t help you if you have urgency then you may collect it from god-own that is located 5-6 KM apart from my locality .He not take my request to arrange the delivery in my vicinity . He also refuse to take the cylinder from Mukherjee Nagar area.This incident occurred on 20th May. Plz take suitable cation against yr channel partner Arya Gas Service. My consumer no. 39486 and LPG ID 3 7500 0000 6849 4668 and date of booking is 16th MAY 2015 .

I and two of my flatmate have not eaten properly because of them since 16th May. Outside food id not suitable for us.
