We had requested to migrate our internet connection to prepaid instead of postpaid in November 2013. The request was taken with documents . in feb 2014 we get two bills of postpaid to pay roughly Rs. 2200. We filed a complained ref no. 40066157 dt 03/2/14 at docomo call center. two days later they called us & said to pay half of the amount & they shall waiver the rest half. we pay a sum of 1100 in cash & they waived of 1087 balance. We asked why have you not shifted our number to prepaid they said some document missing . This also since we asked nobody bothered to inform us. we re submitter the documents buit after a month be received another invoice & no prepaid request was logged in from them. Later we requested on 12/4/14 that please cancel the connection as you are not ready to shift it to prepaid.
Since last 6 months they have called more than 30 times for the billing. We have told them our issue but every now & then a new person calls. They even call on sundays. Their legal team yells from delhi as if its a crime we have done. (MRs. Manju chouhan , room no 7, seat no.5,mob. no. 9958826918) , a lady who does not have any etiquette. they asked to pay the balance amount twice & we paid so that the issue resolves.
Sir, the whole team should be responsible, they should send a written apology for this behavior. Also since they have not migrated our number from postpaid to prepaid neither did not send any communication for the same , they are responsible & they have to waive off the charges and the connections remains cancelled. these people do not have the right to call up anytime anybody & start dictating terms. we have all messages on mobile phone by their system on respective dates & they agree to it that all ref no. are logged. Kindly help, it is not about Rs. 2600. It is about ethics . A person starts a connection on those documents, then thats good for them & once he wants to migrates those documents are not complete. We paid the outstanding in full before requesting.
