I gave my documents to convert my pre paid Tata Photon number (9266812494) to post paid on 29th dec on a condition that it will be converted the same day. However, its still not converted & since 4th Jan ’13 I’ve been talking on phone & have marked several mails to their customer care that I do not want to convert it to post paid. Still their customer service is not confirming that it will not be converted to post paid. My business is through internet & since its in migration phase, I am unable to recharge it as the number might get converted one day & my recharge amount will be wasted. I have been recharging it on daily basis with a very small amount in order to run my business. Please assist in resolving my issue. I have all the mail communication with tata tele services & can provide them if needed.

I just want a confirmation from Tata Teleservices that my number will not be converted to post paid & it will continue as pre paid. The number has yet not been convterted & therefore it should not be a problem.
