Tata Sky representative Upendra , had activated the Active Game channel service by telling a sheer lie over the phone…and that was the beginning of my misery. After that I have spoken to Kiran, Zuber and Ch. Srivivas( emp id : 69818) , but every one failed miserably to understand the concern. Zuber was rude and adamant. Not ready to listen to me, an absolute misfit for a customer service position. Following were the queries and 1) For legal proceedings on business malpractice by TATAsky , which court shall I approach ? 2) What is the time I have to approach court of law , for any dispute? 3) Would like TATASKY to arrange of a Chairman’s call and please send the escalation matrix.
