got a call on my landphone on 24th Feb 2014 from tata sky call center asking that we have an offer for your children on Active english pack.I refused for the same then he talked lot many things which i was not able to hear properly as the landphone is having disturbance in it.In the end i was told that active games you take .I said you give anything but it should not cost me any money and i kept the phone. suddenly i got one sms that active games have been activated on my set top box and now onwards i have to recharge with Rs 250/- per month instead of Rs 220/- per month which was my base pack rate. I immediately called the call center and registered my request to delete the channel as i do not want the same.The guy at the other end told me that my problem will be sorted out in 24hrs time.I did not receive any call from them till 2nd march so i logged on to my their website and chatted with the executive for the same purpose where i was again given 24 hrs time .This time i wrote an email to the helpdesk and told them the whole episode.Again i was given 24 hrs time and told that my problem will be sorted out.On 7th march i received a call on my wifes number and the executive said that he will delete the channel but i will have to bore charges as the channel is locked in for 180 days.I again and again requested him that how will i pay when i am not using the services.But he did not listen to my request and repeteadly kept on saying that lockin period is there.I have kept all the phone calls recorded and the communiction proof with me. My complaint is that when i dont want the service and i am giving my request for the same in several ways then why the company is telling me about the lock in period which is their part.This is very wrong way of making money and this is 100% cheating. I think that Tatasky is cheating poor customers by such acts and someone should take initiative to stop this kind of cheating.I do not understand that the government issues lisences to cheat a what????? So with this complaint i request you to please look into this matter as everyday they are cheating so many poor people who keep silent and bear this kind of business.Please stop Tatasky from this kind of act.
