Tata Sky Cheating for ReLocation Charges

Hi my name is bijan panigrahi (tata sky number 1012926760. I was earlier having tata sky service. I was not happy with the service. Silently i changed to dish tv. Dish tv provides top class service. Recently i bought a new tv. Coincidentally i got a call from tata sky with some new package like free installation, metro package, and free relocation charges. I use to speak mr. Tarun from tatasky (no 040 6600 6100) for these package. I was trying to utilize tata sky for my old tv. But when the installation people came asked for rs 200 relocation and rs 150 for extra cable. For rs. Extra cable i dont mind to pay rs. 150 but relocation rs 200 why i should pay when it was told to me that free of cost. Then the tata sky people ask me to recharge the account so that they will activate the package. I told after discussing with mr. Tarun only i will recharge. Then these people left. After some time mr. Tarun called. He once again confirmed me that installation/relocation is free of cost and i need not pay rs. 200. He advise me to recharge for rs. 900. Yesterday they deducted rs. 200.

When i asked to the customer care, they told nothing doing you have to bare the amount. What i can do when money is deducted from my account. This is what tata sky cheated me. Earlier it happened to me bu that that time i switch over to dish tv. But now all ready i have taken a 6 month package and around 1000 rs is there in tata sky account. I can not discontinue the service also up to 1 year. I dont know in another one year how i will be cheated.
