My Tata sky subscriber id is 1008102145. I have 2 connections with Tata Sky, primary and secondary. My secondary connection has been deactivated for the past 2 day, citing that subscription amount is over. However, they have wrongly debited Rs 500 to my account for some charges, without informing me and hence, my account balance is become 0. Despite at least 10 calls to Tata Sky, where I was assured that amount would be credited back to my account and services resumed, the connection is still deactivated. I have been harassed mentally and my money has been misappropriated. Please help to resolve.
Immediate restoration of services and charges of mental harassment to the tune of Rs 2000/-
