Vodafone – excess charges for bill not listening staff

I got bundled offer from Vodafone on buying Galaxy Note 3 of 2GB per month for two months. Which activated on 5th October. My billing period is from 3rd of every month to 2nd of next month. I called customer care of vodafone on 3rd Dec to confirm till when i can use my bundled offer because when i was checking my internet balance it was still showing 2GB left. So that executive told me that you can use that full 2 GB upto 5th dec 2013 midnight. so i deactivated that plan from my end on 5th itself which was a free plan. and on same day i activated the another plan with rental for my usage. and now at the end of month they included the bill of around 4700 Rs including all that usage of internet on 5th december. i told them to listen to call recording they have made from the executive who spoke with me on 3rd dec. He told me to do so. If they can prove me wrong with that recording then i will accept my mistake. they are not listening to me at all. They are giving unhelpful mail responses to me. Its very irritating service i am getting.

I want that vodafone take back all these extra internet charges. I cant pay this much amount. I want it settled and want to continue all the services on this number. Please help me in this matter.
