Tata Sky DTH Harrasment

I have been struggling with the Tata sky due its egotistical Nodal officers and unworkable as well directionless leadership at Tata Sky. I had a word with Ms Bajwa-Customer Service Head at Tata Sky on the availability of Peace TV channel for which I have been writing complaints since 2008 to Tata Sky. She made me accept it as true she would be able to provide this channel by end of this year else she will provide the reasons for this failure in broadcasting this free to Air channel. Unfortunately she stopped picking up my calls and even stopped responding to my emails since then. Subsequently I escalated my concern to Mr. Harit Nagpal-CEO-Tata Sky however even he has not given any response on that email. Tata Sky never answered on this matter clearly rather have kept me waiting and waiting and hearing we are in process of adding more channels.

This just does not end here Parallelly I have raised another concern of sound issue which has also not been responded aptly yet and lingering on for more than a month. Tata Sky does not even stop here as when I tried calling up at 0129-6000177 thrice between 16-30-17-15 hours on 24th March 2015 however Rekha and Sameena hung up on me and Ayesha’s call also got disconnected. Unfortunately none of them bothered to call me back on my registered number-9654124100 despite of having the same with them. This is a simple example tyranny and pathetic services as my calls have been hung almost 10 to 15 times by Nodal helpline itself and when I got a chance to speak to Ayeshanodal officer she said very rudely we have been looking into this and can not provide details at the moment and when asked Vinay or Ayesha or Rekha to arrange a call back from supervisor call was hung on me. Below are the complaints that I raised through my mytatasky account online however they have been removed from account without any resolution. As per the website design below complaints should reflect under the tab Track Request.

WO HB59AED WO HABFK90 WO H33CBZJ These complaints are pending with Nodal for more than 10 days. Note- Benchmark- The benchmark for redressal of complaints through the Nodal Officers is ten days as per manual of practices as per their own user manual on Tata Sky website as per the guidelines of TRAI. Hope there would be an effective and visible action on this. Kindly make a strong inquiry on this and forward this reality of Tata Sky to TRAI as well. My entire money to be refunded since I have started using their services along with other compensation I deserve for this harassment and defamation.
