Tata Sky DTH Recharge Not Done

My subscriber id is 1046617021. I received a message about recharging my account which was due to expire on 28-02-2015, by Rs.625/- being monthly charge of my subscription. I paid Rs.650/- + Rs.15/- bonus (given by the serviced provider) and the message I got was that my account is valid upto 29-03-2015. As per tata sky there is different meaning of word “Monthly” and they deduct the charges on daily basis. Such ambiguous and false presentation of facts are misleading and I feel cheated by the company. Further,my services were down for 7 days in Jan ‘2015 and despite knowing the fact about the delay in resolving the complaint, they have charged for these days also. Kindly look into They have already charged me extra for the repairing of SET TOP BOX, charges for non-service period, i.e. the STE TOP Box was not working and computing the monthly charges into daily base charges as per their own convenience and thus cheating the customer.

Reversal of the SET TOP BOX charges of Rs.350/- , credit for non-service period during which the set top box was not working and applying monthly charges, as claimed by them and thus extending the validity of my account till correct time.
