No signal/faulty box. Long waiting queue on complaint number. even after registering complain delay in attending complain and resolving issue. not able to view service since 8 days. no proper response. complain again and again. 5 to 7 mins waiting on customer care number. not able to view service since 21.04.2015 which has resulted in not viewing news and related information.

already paid for services. entertainment is source of relieving stress after hard day. more of mental stress than economic damage. bought tata sky package in approx 3000 rs. paid in advance for services. till date not able to view since 8 days. approx 100 rs rental in vain. tried calling numerous times and long waiting on customer care number. 200 rs for that.i am forced to change service buy paying 1700 rs. total economic damage of 5000 rs approx.
