It has been 4 weeks and my HFCL connection has not been installed . The CAF/SR NUMBER IS 2684xxx. It was informed that connection will be installed in 4 days after the payment and the concerned person is not accepting the call as well. I want you to take a strict action against the same.

Either the connection should be installed ASAP or refund of the payment amount with interests/damages should be made.
