I purchased a Liberty TIP TOPP sandle from this showroom, size 40, Material Code – 8903930469898 on 25.01.2015 and paid 1299/- but the sandle has been broken twice from the top within 2-3 months. First time I send it for repairing and second time I dropped a mail to the Liberty Customer Care but they are not responding.

1299/- paid and it is a loss being a customer apart from this it has been broken in the middle of the road and it was a very embarrassing situation and i was going to attend a important meeting.

I want the saddle to be replaced by the Liberty shoes on immediate basis.
