I purchased Aquaguard Compact water purifier few months back. I was promised free service within waranty period of one year Now when I raise service request they are not responding.I have been following up with them from last 15 days but promised service is not provided.

My water purifier is due for service and because of the delay I am consuming potential unfiltered or even harmful water

I want my water purifier to be serviced free of cost without any further delay
