Tata Sky – Lack of service problem not resolved

Tata Sky Free the past 1 month I have not been receiving Service on my set of box. I have spent over 2 days on the phone trying to get the problem resolved. Finally when a person was sent he said that he didn’t know how to fix the problem and when I called the number a week later I was told that my issue had been closed and they would reopen it now. 4 weeks and 3 visits later the technician had taken away my working set top box. I am paying for a service that I do not have and I have spent over 2 days on the phone which had cost me money and time in which I could have been working
