I subscribed to the MEGA HD Pack offered by you via your website on 005,Sesna (1D), Divyasree Elan, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. According to the offer referred to in the website and specifically in the e-mail flyer related to the offer, it was categorically stated that a subscriber to the ‘MEGA HD Pack’ would be entitled to access to all the channels offered by Tata Sky, including any new channels introduced, at no extra cost. Specifically, the document detailing the offer clearly stated that the subscriber would receive all SD and HD channels, on Tata Sky, all Active Services, and further stated that any new channel will be part of the pack at no extra cost. A copy of the same has been attached. This mentions with the exception of Topper channel and NOT exception of special channels. Special is a nomenclature you brought in later to cover retroactively all these new channels. That is tantamount to fraudulent behavior. However, you did not include the following channels despitemy repeated requests, namely: HBO Hits HD, Star World Premier HD and HBO Defined HD. My client contacted your Customer Care representative and raised the issue with him, and registered a complaint regarding the same (The relevant complaint number being 1-25426073501 and feedback no – 1-25426073503) but the issue was not resolved.
